Fees and Payments
Customer will pay referrals.Io all applicable fees for the services, in the currency indicated on the order form. Customer authorizes referrals.Io to charge customer for all the applicable fees using customer’s selected payment method. Product plans, fees and features may change time to time. More features may be added, or existing features may be removed from the plans. Fees are non-refundable except as otherwise specifically permitted by another signed agreement.
Suspension
If customer, end user violates this agreement, or uses services in a manner that Referrals.io reasonable believes will hard the services, disrupt the use of services by others, or cause legal liability, then Referrals.io may notify customer and suspend or terminate the account. In case of emergencies such as security issues, Referrals.io has right to suspend, terminate user accounts without prior notice.
Indemnification
Customer agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Referrals.io and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents and the assigns of same, from and against any and all loss, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), claims, damages and liabilities related to or associated with the use of the web application and any violation of the privacy policy.
Disputes
Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute within 30 days by contacting the other party. Customer and referrals.Io agree to resolve any claims relating to this agreement or the services through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth below. Referrals.Io may bring a lawsuit solely for injunctive relief to stop, resolve unauthorized or abusive use of the services or infringement of intellectual property rights without first engaging in the informal dispute notice process described above. Customer may only resolve disputes an individual basis and will not bring a claim in a class, consolidated or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed.

Generally. The services are provided “as is” and “as available. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings between the parties.
